Summer 2021 Outdoor Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am
922 Convent Place - outdoor Email to register (6 people maximum, so don't wait) This is a "boot camp" style class with a group warm up, circuit training, and a good long stretch. Dogs welcome! Thursdays 6:30pm Outdoor Running session We start in a downtown location and run for 45 minutes at varied speeds. The goal is group motivation. In the meantime, I am still taking personal training clients until January 2022.
